"I've been here two times, I just didn't know why I did it the second time, but both of my visits were awful, if you want something special, they just know how to do basic haircuts, I didn't like this place at all. I don't recommend this location"

"Edit to my first review: Forgot to mention I was a paying customer without one of those coupons. I tried going again figuring that the grand opening rush was over and coupon users would be done, but again I was told they sent more out and it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. Lady was very nice and she as well seemed frustrated with all the free coupons coming in and told me she wishes that paying customers could jump to the front of the line. I say again get more help when pushing coupons out or dedicate one chair for those who wish to pay for the services. End going down the street again to Great Clips. Maybe another time I cam get in and be served appropriately. Management truely should rethink their marketing strategy. I know there is another one in the Chicago are that only offfers the use during certain times of the day. But there are many other places to get a simple haircut. I just hope they are successful. We have enough empty shops in Elk Grove."
